Yes. We’re monitoring your site daily for these required updates. These updates are performed safely and include your WordPress core install, themes, and plugins.  We audit the site after all updates and have additional restore points available if needed.

We also identify plugins that may have been abandoned by the author and therefore need replacing. If this is the case will notify you to discuss your options.

Support requests include changes to content supplied by the site owner, plugin configuration changes, and styling elements. They also cover solving website issues you may encounter.

They do not include building a new website or developing a new web page. If you require a quote for this type of project work please let us know. We will take your membership status into account when quoting for the project.

We accept one task at a time per site. We’ll complete your support request as soon as possible (maximum turnaround time is 24 hours) while prioritising any sites that require emergency support or are on our priority support plan.

You can submit support requests by email or schedule a screen share support call. When scheduling a call please let us know via email if you can’t find a suitable time online and we’ll check for recent openings.

Yes, we develop new custom websites or redevelop your current website. While this is not included in our management plans this can be added as needed. The majority of our new clients have had their websites rebuilt by us. You’ll get a user-friendly custom WordPress website that is optimised for your user’s experience and the sales conversions you need. Yes, as long as we feel their security is up to scratch. In most cases this is fine and we’ll work with them to get the best outcome for your site. We continually monitor this for you over the life of your website management plan and will contact you if needed.

If it’s time to move from your hosting provider we’ll manage that for you.

We will fix your broken site within 24 hours, but first,, we need these things from you:

1. You need to select and sign up for a plan.

2. We need your WordPress administrator account and your web hosting login. We collect this securely after activating your plan.

3. At the time we have all of this is when the clock starts ticking.

We support single-site WordPress websites that you have with a web hosting company. We support a wide range of clients across many industry types. Some clients have multiple plans to support more than one website.

Multisite WordPress installations are not supported.

Please don’t email or message sensitive information like passwords to anyone ever because this is often sent as plain text instead of being encrypted.

We’ll need your WordPress admin login details and access to your web hosting account. Your WordPress access is the priority. We have two ways we’d recommend you safely share access to these two accounts.

1. 1. If you have a LastPass account you can share your website details with help@airtightsite.com You can do this with a free LastPass account.
   2. Use an encrypted form with Password Link. The link that will be provided is a one-time use link so please do not visit this link. Send the link to help@airtightsite.com

Once we have access we’ll create our WordPress admin account. We’ll notify you we have access so you can then change your password if you wish. Not all web hosting companies can create another user to manage the account, but we’ll let you know if that is possible. For now please share your web hosting account access so we can get started ASAP.

Yes. You’ll have access to your client portal to make changes or cancel your plan. We can also assist you via email or live chat. The change will take effect at the next billing period.

We only accept cards using the Stripe payment gateway. Your card will be stored by Stripe and your details are not stored on our website.

You will be billed monthly using the credit card stored by Stripe. All plans are set to renew automatically so please let us know if you’d like this changed for your plan.
